We’re excited to announce that On Your Own Time has launched W.I.S.E.—a free, fast, and private self-assessment tool for employers. W.I.S.E. stands for Wisdom, Inclusivity, Synergy, and Equity, and it’s designed to help organizations assess and improve their readiness to support a multigenerational workforce.
