About the Role
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
Support operational decision-making and oversee cash flow, receivables, and spending
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee compensation administration
Requirements
Progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong experience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to partner with operational leaders and communicate financial insights clearly
