This successful and well-established service business is seeking an experienced Consultant to provide strategic guidance, operational oversight, and leadership support. The business continues to perform strongly with a dedicated team of technicians, administrative, and accounting staff; however, it requires an experienced professional to ensure continued stability, efficiency, and accountability across all functions. Provide high-level operational and strategic advice to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Oversee and support the management of staff, maintaining morale, accountability, and productivity.
Review and monitor business performance, financial results, and workflow efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
Serve as an authority figure and decision-making point of contact for the team.
Report to ownership representatives on business performance and key issues.
Requirements
Proven experience in small business management, consulting, or operations leadership.
Strong understanding of service-based business operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide calm, confident oversight and maintain business continuity during a transition period.
