About the Role

Provide customer service by telephone and computer; gather initial information; manage social media. Whenever possible resolve compaints or elevate them to owner; communicate with owner regularly.


Experience providing prompt, friendly and knowledgable service to diverse customers. Comfort with Microsoft 365 and CMS systems. A strong communicator, who listens, writes and speaks clearly and professionally. Diplomatic and calm under occasional pressure. Ability to diffuse upset customers. Able to manage time and prioritize.
